Our Vice President, James Walchle, has 34 years experience throughout the staffing industry. At the age of 21 years old, he was instrumental in organizing, incorporating, and writing the by-laws of the first local permanent placement association. He has served on the Board of Directors for one of the nation's leading staffing firms in their franchise division. James has owned and directed several staffing firms including a Locum Tenen staffing company. Those offices were always within the top five companies in the nation with the company that he was on the Board of Directors. He has worked as a consultant to many start up and established staffing companies.

Our Franchise Director, Christopher James Conner, has over 10 years experience in management and franchise development background.  He was a Vice President with the world’s leading franchise consulting and development firm and has worked in the franchise industry for over 6 years.  Mr. Conner has held positions with several large corporate organizations including Wyndham Worldwide, Wilson Sporting Goods and Southern Wine and Spirits beverage distribution in sales and management.  Mr. Conner holds a Bachelors degree from Miami University and a MBA from DePaul University.
